When we are dealing with hard weather conditions, the first thought that crosses our minds is the one about Tsunamis, or seaquakes... I am going to post a video about how a Tsunami works....Have a look at this impressive thing...

Well, this video, as you may have recognized, refers to the worst tsunami ever happened...it was in Tailand, 2004.

have you seen La Tormenta Perfecta?, It is a George Clooney film about a real sea phenomenon...very rare...as well. It is a about a super giant wave that destroys everything...Poseidón is a film with a similar content.

American Healthy food

It's unfair that when we think of American food, the first and only image that comes to our minds is that of a giant, greasy, cheesy, oily hamburger. Well, what if we start to get rid of stereotypes?

I agree on the fact that Mediterranean diet is hard to beat...but let's consider other healty options...
